A leadership retreat in Dharamshala — where the Dalai Lama's philosophy of compassionate leadership meets the practical needs of a corporate team. Four days that alternate between structured workshops (facilitated by people who've trained in both business leadership and Buddhist mindfulness practices) and experiential activities: a session at the Tushita Meditation Centre, a walk through the Tsuglagkhang Complex, a Tibetan cooking team-challenge, and a dawn trek to Triund that puts everyone at 2,875m before breakfast. The setting does half the work — the Dhauladhar mountains make every problem feel proportionally smaller, and the Tibetan exile community's resilience offers leadership lessons no MBA programme teaches.
