Tour Bookings

• All bookings are subject to availability
• Confirmation is required before your booking is guaranteed
• Age and fitness restrictions may apply to certain activities
• Weather conditions may affect tour availability

Product Orders

• All orders are subject to acceptance and stock availability
• Prices are subject to change without notice
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders
• Shipping costs and delivery times vary by location

Payment Terms

• Payment is required in full at the time of booking/order
• We accept major credit cards and digital payment methods
• All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless stated otherwise
• Additional fees may apply for certain payment methods

Tour Cancellations

• More than 7 days: Full refund minus processing fee
• 3-7 days: 50% refund
• Less than 3 days: No refund
• Weather cancellations: Full refund or rescheduling

Product Returns

• Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery
• Items must be unused and in original packaging
• Perishable items (fruits) cannot be returned
• Return shipping costs may apply

Tour Participation

Participation in tours and activities is at your own risk. We recommend appropriate travel insurance. Participants must follow safety instructions and guidelines.

Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for services. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Some jurisdictions may not allow these limitations.

Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or cancellations due to circumstances beyond our control, including natural disasters, government actions, or other force majeure events.
