The trail winds through dense deodar forests and alpine meadows.
Pass the Pholani Devi Temple perched on the hillside.
As you ascend above the treeline, panoramic views of the snow-capped Dhauladhar and Pir Panjal ranges open up.
Reach the summit marked by an Air Force radar station.
On clear days, views extend to Khajjiar meadow, Chamba Valley, and even distant peaks in Jammu.
Descend to the campsite or return to Dalhousie for overnight stay.
