Walk in the footsteps of Lord Curzon on one of the Himalayas' most scenically rewarding treks. The Kuari Pass (4,110m) offers what is widely considered the finest panoramic view of the central Himalayan peaks — Nanda Devi (7,816m), Dronagiri (7,066m), Kamet (7,756m), Hathi Parvat, and over a dozen other peaks visible from a single vantage point.
In winter (December–March), the entire trail from Joshimath transforms into a stunning snow-covered landscape. Cedar forests laden with snow, frozen streams, and the dramatic backdrop of some of the world's highest peaks make this an extraordinary 7-day adventure.
Unlike Kedarkantha (which is busier), Kuari Pass offers a more remote, premium experience with fewer crowds and more dramatic altitude. The trail passes through Khulara, Tali Lake, and Chitrakantha before the final push to the pass.
