Valley of Flowers Trek

Walk through one of the world's most spectacular floral landscapes — the Valley of Flowers National Park, a UNESCO World Heritage Site in Uttarakhand. This enchanting valley, once hidden from the world until it was "discovered" by Frank Smythe in 1931, blooms with over 500 species of alpine wildflowers between July and September.

The valley stretches 8 km long and 2 km wide at an altitude of 3,352m–3,658m, carpeted with Himalayan blue poppies, Brahmakamal, cobra lily, orchids, marigolds, and endangered herbs that carpet the floor in a riot of colour. Crystal-clear streams, glaciers, and the snow-clad peaks of Rataban and Nilgiri Parvat form the dramatic backdrop.

Combine your trek with a visit to Hemkund Sahib, a sacred Sikh shrine set beside a glacial lake at 4,329m. An easy but deeply rewarding trek perfect for families, nature photographers, and first-time trekkers.
