Kinnaur's apricots are legendary — grown at extreme altitude (2,500-3,500m) in the harsh but pristine conditions of the Indo-Tibet borderland. The intense UV light and cold desert air produce fruits with concentrated sweetness and a tang that lowland apricots simply can't match. These are sun-dried the traditional way — on flat rooftops and stone platforms in the dry Kinnauri sun — no sulphur, no preservatives, no added sugar. The 1 kg collection includes a mix of whole dried apricots and kernel pieces (the kernels have a delicate almond-like flavour). Sourced directly from farming families in the Sangla and Kalpa areas.
